I really enjoy taking older music and making it my own. I actually heard the Gloria Gaynor version in a commercial while watching television and thought it could make a good fingerstyle arrangement. The inserted break of Gonna Fly Now perfectly fit the upbeat vibe, feel, and message of the tune.
